Iran Condemns Israel’s Actions in Gaza, Calls for Global Response
WANA (Mar 25) – Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Esmail Baghaei, has strongly condemned Israel’s latest attacks in Gaza, accusing the regime of orchestrating a systematic policy of ethnic cleansing against Palestinians.
In a statement posted on his personal page, Baghaei stated, “By killing over 180 Palestinian children in Gaza in a single day, the Israeli regime has committed the largest child massacre in its seven decades of criminal history.”
He further asserted that global public opinion has come to recognize Israel’s ongoing violence as a deliberate and calculated strategy aimed at the eradication of the Palestinian people.
“With the full backing of the United States and certain Western governments—or under their complicit silence—Israel continues its crimes against humanity, carrying out large-scale massacres of innocent Palestinian children and families,” he said.
Baghaei went on to say that the killing and torture of Palestinian children have left deep scars on the conscience of humanity. He criticized the United Nations and international human rights organizations for their inaction, likening their silence to adding “salt to these wounds.”
“The time has come for the world to awaken and stand against the gravest injustice of our time,” the spokesperson stressed. “Perpetrators of heinous crimes against Palestinian children must no longer enjoy impunity. The genocidal regime and its supporters must be held accountable for their crimes in Gaza and the West Bank.”
